Deposit Account Preauthorized Electronic Funds Transfer Authorization

You hereby authorize Lead Bank (“Lead”) to make recurring electronic debit transfers from your Early Pay designated deposit account at Lead (the “Deposit Account”) to the bank account linked to the Deposit Account  (the “Linked Account”), and, if necessary, to correct erroneous debits and credits. The amount of each transfer shall be determined in accordance with the ranges described as follows:

Lead will transfer funds each business day to the extent the Deposit Account has a positive balance. You elect to only receive notice of varying amounts of debits under this authorization if the debit amount deviates from the amounts described above.

Furthermore, you hereby authorize Lead to make recurring electronic debit transfers from your Deposit Account to EarnIn (and the Linked Account) in an amount equal to any funds you may owe EarnIn pursuant to your Cash Outs and any voluntary tips and/or fees you may have added, pursuant to the Terms, and, if necessary to correct erroneous debits and credits. The amount and timing of each transfer shall be determined as follows:

You elect to only receive notice of varying amounts of transfers under this authorization if the transfer amount deviates from the amount described above. 

You may view the balance in the Deposit by using the EarnIn mobile application. You will also be able to view the amounts to be debited from your Deposit Account through the EarnIn mobile application, and the balance of funds owed to EarnIn pursuant to your Cash Outs and any voluntary tips and/or fees you elected to give to EarnIn.

You understand and agree that this authorization to initiate debit entries to your Deposit Account will remain in full force and effect until you notify Lead that you wish to revoke this authorization by emailing care@earnin.com. You acknowledge that you must notify Lead at least three (3) business days before the scheduled debit date in order to cancel this authorization. If Lead does not receive notice at least three business days before the scheduled debit date, Lead may attempt, in its sole discretion, to cancel the debit transaction. However, Lead assumes no responsibility for its failure to do so.

You understand and agree that if you revoke this electronic authorization contained on this form, Lead will close your Deposit Account and return the balance in your Deposit Account to your Linked Account , and you will no longer be able to use your Deposit Account and you will also lose access to any services and benefits attached to the Deposit Account, as set forth in the Terms. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to switch all of your direct deposits, including your paycheck away from your bank account, and further understand that the withdrawal of your electronic authorization contained herein will not apply to ACH transactions performed before the withdrawal of your authorization becomes effective.
