EarnIn is providing this privacy notice, which is applicable to all products and services offered to all EarnIn members.
What we do
How does EarnIn protect my personal information?
To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with industry standards. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings. We use computer safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption, we enforce physical access controls to our office and files, and we authorize access to Personal Information only for those employees and EarnIn agents who require it to fulfill their job or contractual responsibilities.
How does EarnIn collect my personal information?
We collect your Personal Information, for example, when you:
  • Open an EarnIn account or provide account information
  • Give us your contact, income and financial information
  • When you use EarnIn products or services
  • We also collect your personal information from others, such as credit bureaus, affiliates and other companies.
Why can't I limit all sharing?
Federal law gives you the right to limit:
Affiliates using your information to market to you
Sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you
Sharing for joint marketing with other financial companies

Affiliates
Affiliates are companies related to EarnIn by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies such as:
- EarnIn International Holdings LLC
- Earnin Activehours 1 LLC
- EarnIn US1 LLC
- Activehours-Courage LLC
- Earnin Canada Inc.
- EarnIn (Thailand) Limited, and
- EarnIn Mexico, S. de R.L. de C.V.
Nonaffiliates
Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
Nonaffiliates we share with can include banks, payment processors, service providers (including Financial Partners), credit reporting agencies, and other third parties with your consent.
Joint Marketing
A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

FOR VERMONT RESIDENTS: Under Vermont law, we will not disclose information about your creditworthiness to our affiliates and will not disclose your personal information, financial information, credit report, or health information to non-affiliated third parties to market to you, other than permitted by Vermont law, unless you authorize us to make those disclosures.
